She has been at F2i since June 2007. Previously she worked approximately 9 years in the investment banking sector and 2 years in the business consulting sector. In the investment banking sector, she initially worked at Lehman Brothers and then at Capitalia,  as Director, in charge of, among others,  airports, airline, port, shipping and oil sectors. She was involved in several M&A, financial restructuring, debt and equity capital market transactions. In the infrastructure sector her experience includes: the privatisation of Aeroporti di Roma; the acquisition by Gemina of the participation held by Macquarie in Aeroporti di Roma; the attempted privatization of Sea Aeroporti di Milano;  Anas strategic plan (Italian Road Agency); the process of establishing  multi-utility company Enia; the financial restructuring of Italpetroli Group.

She started her professional career in 1996 at KPMG Consulting.
