Joint venture between F2i and Novenergia II, an investment company owned by leading Portuguese financial institutions specialised in the renewable energy sector.  
Novenergia holds a significant portfolio of photovoltaic and wind parks operating in the Iberian Peninsula and also boasts a growing presence in the Italian renewable energy market (both from wind and solar sources).
HFV aims to construct and manage photovoltaic parks with a total power of 100 MW. To date, the company have been constructed renewable energy plants with a total installed capacity of more than 16 MW and it has signed agreements to acquire 19 MW operating plants from Alerion and 6 MW operating plants from Novenergia.
