Investors

The Fund investors are divided into three main categories, depending on the different classes of units which they have subscribed for:

  • Sponsors: subscribed for class “A” units issued by the Fund, for a total of 938 million Euros;
  • Limited partners: subscribed for class “B” units for a total of 906 million Euros, 610 million Euros of which comes from so-called “Core Investors” (i.e. investors with a commitment in the Fund no lower than 60 million Euros each). Core Investors have various rights including appointment of  the Advisory Committee members;
  • The management of F2i Sgr: together with Sponsors, subscribed for class “C” units in order to share investment risks with the other investors. F2i management subscribed for around 35% out of 8 million Euros of  class “C” units iussued in total.
