Control functions

There are three divisions with control functions, reporting directly to F2i Sgr Board of directors:

• Compliance and Risk Management:
  head of compliance and risk management is Andrea Ferrerio, engaged as external co-worker;
   
• Internal Audit:
  this activity is outsourced to an external company;
   
• Supervisory board (ex L. 231/2001):
  members of the supervisory board are Antonio Baldassarre (Chairman), Fabio Canciani and Andrea Ferrerio.
